It’s hard to know where to start with my appreciation. From the very first contact to assesing the needs of my aunt.
Filipino Care Givers went to great lengths to understand and fulfill her needs. It’s important to note how good their communication with us has been both in person and by daily reports.
Caring for people with dementia has its challenges. However, they not only do their job, but perform it in a caring way. We are extremely grateful and in nearly a year they have proven to be 100% reliable.

Just a note to say thank you for providing Myrna's services to us over the last four months. As you know we are very pleased with the standard of care and professionalism delivered by Myrna and we are delighted that Mum is fit and healthy and back to managing on her own. That's down to Myrna and Filipino Carers (and Mum's own determination) - so we owe you a big thank you.
I was extremely anxious when I spoke to you on that first occasion and you delivered. For that I was always be most grateful.
I hope all continues to go well for you and Filipino Carers. Very best wishes.

We rate Risa as excellent on all your criteria. She didn’t have an easy time, because our mother, while easy in her care needs is quite demanding emotionally. Risa was mature enough to handle all that, including long periods of unassisted care. As I have told Risa, I am very happy to testify for her in future employment bids. Catherine and I liked and respected her. Thanks for all your help. We wish Risa well and are most grateful for what she did.

Just to let u know that Annie has returned to Folkestone after an impeccable stay helping me. I shall certainly use your company again after my hip surgery whenever that might be. At last my ankles are appearing again after all the swelling has receded. Soon I will be ready for a marathon.!!!!!Many thanks for your uplifting support.

Myra – the PCA from Filipino Carers is sure of herself, which is reassuring. I like her very much, she is willing, helpful and doesn’t just sit around. She finds jobs to do.

Will always remember and keep in my heart Divine's stay with us. She was wonderful and a pleasure to have in the house. Maria who came in later was also excellent and extremely helpful when John died. Thank you for sending them to us. Best wishes and again thank you for your support with these excellent women.

Aireen is caring, professional and kind. She has very quickly established herself as a loved member of our household. My mother’s life has been enhanced beyond comprehension since Aireen has been with her.

Filma has been my mother’s carer/housekeeper since July 2016. She remains trustworthy, very flexible and helpful. She has become one of the family and my mother has confidence in her care. We feel fortunate to have her helping to look after my mother. Her English is good too.

I've been meaning to write to say thank you for putting us in touch with Loida. My mum has responded very well, she's enjoyed the time with her and although not remembered her name of course, always tells me afterwards how nice
Loida was!. Rose (From Surrey)

I just wanted to thank you for all the care provided for mum over the last 21 months. Your flexible approach and ongoing support has been invaluable. I know mum is in safe hands, very important when I am so far away.

You couldn't have found us a nicer lady, my Mum seems 10 years younger and they get on like a house on fire. I just wish we had found you earlier.

Loida Hudson worked for me for more than a year - until we moved from Chelsea to West Sussex, in December 2015. I only wish we could have taken her with us. Loida not only ensured the safety and well being of my 87 year old mother, she also showed great sensitivity and gentleness. She also cleaned our 2 floor maisonette better than any cleaner we ever employed. She has a rare and commendable work ethic and is a lady of real integrity. Loida never let us down throughout the entire time and if she ever encountered travel problems with public transport she always text to warn us she may be a little late.

I really appreciate Filipino Carers attitude to customer service, for my mother. I need a great deal of flexibility from their service and they have proved to be accommodating, sensitive, understanding and generous with their advice and help.

I would not hesitate to fully recommend Filipino Carers. My home helper, Yolly, is invaluable in assisting me with chores I cannot manage. Truly life changing...

Caroline's attitude to her working position is way past just completion of the task. Her eye for detail, going that extra mile and housekeeping and care services is just incredible, and is the highest levels of professionalism at all times and the best I have experienced. She will be sadly missed here by all around her, as her short period of time here has impacted our lifestyle in a huge positive way.

Loida has been helping us with my father Bob. I would rate her performance as professionally excellent and she has good experience and knowledge as well as being punctual. She cares and that is the most important factor.

I would like to say a big thank you to you and Naneth for all your help. Fortunately my nan has come on leaps and bounds so we think we will be able to manage her care on our own now. Naneth has been amazing and we are so grateful.

Compared to previous carers Lily has been the most professional, able and caring by ‘a country mile’. If we had any other choice with my Aunt, we would remain with Lily as her P.A. To illustrate my thoughts, I have asked Lily to visit my Aunt in her new home to help with Dom’s transition and am offering Lily the option to stay in Dom’s house, alone, until the sale completes.
